Prepare a precise paid invoice for Step Up family reimbursement, and assemble catalog uploads for Step Up and Odyssey.

Florida · Parent reimbursement

Step Up paid invoice generator

A clear payment record for the family’s submission. Document checks support preparation—not official approval. Nothing is saved or sent.

Fictional demonstration data—not approved by Step Up. Replace every sample identity, credential and receipt before preparing a real submission.

Sample mode · The exported PDF will be labeled “Fictional sample — not for reimbursement submission.”

Proof of Payment ($0 Balance Due)

Recorded

Amount paid equals the invoice total; payment date, method and receipt confirmation are recorded. Attach the actual receipt when required.

Eligible Dates within FY (July 1 – June 30)

Recorded

Payment and service / purchase dates fall within July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027; no future service dates are listed. This checks timing, not scholarship eligibility.

Itemized Direct Educational Services/Materials

Recorded

Each line names the educational service or curriculum title, with dates, quantity / hours and unit rate. Educational eligibility still requires program confirmation.

Provider Credentials / License Included

Recorded

Credential type and reference are recorded; you confirmed a copy will accompany the invoice. This tool does not verify the license or attach the credential file.

Invoice total $240.00 · Balance due $0.00

Families may request reimbursement up to 4 months before a service. Requests farther ahead may be approved for the rest of the school year, up to 1 year, with a signed and dated non-refundable letter or a published policy. This differs from direct payment through EMA: providers ask for that payment after delivering the service. Only a few purchase categories have exceptions for a previous scholarship year, and those need review (Step Up 2026–27 provider handbook pp. 12–13). These rules do not set policy for later years.
