Platform architecture & future roadmap
The infrastructure behind education choice.
ChoiceFlow brings three things together: plain-English guidance on program rules, help preparing your application and paperwork, and a look at how families shop and pay.
Built with clear boundaries: today's tools help you prepare with better information. The state programs keep the power to approve you; ChoiceFlow does not move scholarship money or connect directly to the private family marketplaces.

Rules for three states in one place
One shared answer for each offering and state covers Florida Step Up / EMA, Arizona ClassWallet and Texas TEFA / Odyssey. Which program category fits, how payment works, what documents to prepare and honest listing checks turn scattered requirements into specific next steps.
Screening follows preset rules and points to the source behind each answer. Policy searches run only when you ask, and keep checked source passages separate from selected reference facts. The program itself still checks your qualifications and gives approval.

How families find and buy · simulation
Watch a family find a curriculum box, choose how to pay and run into eligibility checks. The simulator shows what a provider’s listing may leave unclear, using the illustrative $7B+ three-state scholarship model.
You can try filters, preview listings and a pretend checkout from a scholarship account. Connecting to live catalogs, checking scholarship balances and moving real money would need platform partnerships and are not built.

2027 federal scholarship tax credit tools
Planned tools for the federal education scholarship tax credit starting in 2027: which states take part, which Scholarship Granting Organizations qualify, what paperwork they need and how eligibility is decided.
The IRS Federal Scholarship Tax Credit starts January 1, 2027, with up to a $1,700 nonrefundable individual contribution credit. State opt-in and eligible organizations matter. No federal money is added to the state market estimates, and no federal eligibility check is automated today.

Guests can use the public tools. Saved advisor conversations and specialist review receipts are visible only to the account that created them, and private review documents are not public. Simulations never create real orders, change qualifications or imply approval.
