HEIP, Part-Time Tutor, Online Learning, or Enrichment — which am I?

  • For the HEIP category under FES-UA/PEP, the Step Up education-partner email used for this tool says services may be online or in person. You must still operate as a business organization, not an individual. Your curriculum must be available for public review, and your tuition, fees and participation requirements must be published. This does not mean automatic approval.
  • Part-Time Tutor: one-on-one or small-group help in specific subjects.
  • Online Learning: a course or platform delivered digitally, often listed as a product.
  • Enrichment: arts, music, outdoor or camp experiences that support learning.
